Wee Greenies Ordering Information
When you have placed your order with us, we will send you confirmation of your order by email. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. If we are unable to fulfil your order we will inform you via email, with a choice of options.
Postage
Postage is charged at a standard rate of £3.95 to UK mainland. Customers outside this area will be contacted via email with details of shipping costs.
SPECIAL POST LAUNCH OFFER - P & P only £2.95 for goods not exceeding £49.99 and FREE if your order is £50 or more
Payment
We will only take payment from your card when your order is ready for dispatch. If we cannot fulfil your order you will be notified via email.
Any credit card details you entered are transmitted over a secure (SSL) link using 128-bit encryption and are immediatly taken off the server.
Returns
Please inspect all items immediately. If you are not fully satisfied with your goods in any way, you can return the items unused, unworn or unwashed within 14 days to exchange or receive a refund. Please note we are not responsible for return postage unless goods are faulty. When returning goods please complete the return form included with your order and obtain proof of postage certificate from your Post Office, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.Privacy
We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
